Health & Use Disclaimer

Last updated: October 2025

1) Scope

SIPCARRY LLC provides bags, accessories, printable templates, and community content intended for informational and motivational purposes only. Our materials do not constitute medical, nutritional, psychological, legal, or professional advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and outcomes.

2) No Medical Advice

Hydration, habit-building, wellness, and productivity guidance on this site and in our community are general in nature and may not be appropriate for everyone. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before changing hydration, diet, exercise, supplementation, medications, or routines, and stop any activity that causes discomfort. Over-hydration can cause hyponatremia; seek immediate medical care if warning signs occur (e.g., headache, confusion, nausea, vomiting, seizures).

3) Product-Use Warnings (Bags and Accessories)

  • Intended use: Carry common personal items only. Do not use for hazardous, flammable, corrosive, or excessively hot materials.

  • Weight & stress: Do not overload or misuse straps, hooks, or hardware. Inspect regularly for wear. Misuse may cause failure and injury.

  • Liquids: Ensure lids are secure before placing bottles/mugs in the bag. Hot-liquid spills can burn.

  • Environment & care: Avoid prolonged heat, solvents, or harsh chemicals that can degrade materials and finishes.

  • Security: Do not leave the bag unattended or in unstable positions.

  • Children: This is a general-use adult product, not a toy. Keep small detachable parts away from children; small parts can pose choking hazards. Never use straps in ways that could create entanglement/strangulation risks. Follow general CPSC guidance on small-parts hazards.

Stroller notice: Do not hang heavy bags from stroller handles due to tip-over risk. Place items in the stroller’s designated basket per safety guidance.

4) Results Not Guaranteed

Any examples, routines, or testimonials describe individual experiences and do not guarantee results. Endorsements must be truthful and typical claims must be substantiated; disclosures are provided where required by the FTC Endorsement Guides.

5) Warranty & “AS IS” Disclaimers (Important US Law Notes)

  • Unless we state otherwise in a written warranty, products and digital materials are provided “AS IS” and “WITH ALL FAULTS,” with no implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent allowed by law and with conspicuous language as required by UCC §2-316.

  • If we provide a written warranty, the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act limits our ability to disclaim implied warranties and sets disclosure and remedy rules. Our written warranty, if any, will control.

  • California note: The Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act imposes special rules for implied warranties on consumer goods sold in California. Some implied warranties cannot be disclaimed. Your rights may vary by state.

6) California Proposition 65

If a product exposes users to chemicals listed by California (e.g., certain phthalates, lead), a clear and reasonable warning may be required. We evaluate products and provide warnings where mandated. For current Prop 65 requirements, see OEHHA.

7) Limitation of Liability; Assumption of Risk

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SIPCARRY LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use or misuse of our products, templates, or content, including injuries related to loading/handling bags, liquid spills, property damage, or reliance on wellness guidance.
By using our products or resources, you assume all risks associated with their use.

Note: US product-liability law can impose strict liability for defective products. Disclaimers do not eliminate liability for manufacturing, design, or warning defects, nor for gross negligence or willful misconduct.

8) Third-Party Brands and Links

References to third-party brands (e.g., bottle makers) are for identification only and do not imply affiliation or endorsement. External links have their own terms and privacy policies.

9) User Responsibility

You agree to:

  • Use products as intended and follow any care/use instructions we provide.

  • Evaluate whether any routine or habit guidance is suitable for you.

  • Seek professional advice when needed and stop activities that cause discomfort.

10) Emergency and Critical Issues

Our content and support channels are not for emergencies. If you suspect a medical emergency or severe hydration imbalance, call 911 or seek immediate medical care.

11) Updates

We may update this Disclaimer from time to time. The latest version will appear at sipcarry.us/disclaimer with the “Last updated” date above.
